If you are uncertain which prequal to undertake, we will explain the options and the requirements and cost of each.
Costs are standard, so we give those to you over the phone.
We also determine what level your health and safety systems are currently at.
We will ask for your basic information: Names, qualifications, documents, contractors, vehicles/plant, insurances, etc.
Whichever documents we need, but you dont have, we will create them, and customise them to your company activities.
These will include, but not be limited to:
Documents are sent to you for approval. Many will need presentation to your team, and once communicated to them, they will sign acknowledgement and acceptance.
We will submit the documents, and appropriate comments to the prequal company online portal.
Once we are satisfied, we send for audit.
This will take anything from 2 to 14 working days. We can give you a more accurate submission time depending on the option.
Once the audit has been performed, we generally have an option for resubmission. We will work with you on this as well, and effect the resubmission, once the additional information is provided.

Tōtika – Goal is to score 3 out of 4 marks in EVERY section. Scoring the extra mark for each question is near impossible for a small company. Essentially 75%. In achieving 3 our of 4 in each section, you will achieve the status of ‘Performing at Tōtika Standard’ – the ultimate goal. We guarantee 70%, but generally get between 73% and 76%. Shortfall is generally caused by lack of suitable qualifications, health and safety training, and health monitoring. Major civil contractors generally require 75%, others may be slightly lower.
Impac Prequal – Goal is 80% +. We guarantee 70%.
Sitewise – Goal is 90%+ (Gold). We guarantee 75% (Green).
That depend on how quick you are in returing documents to us.
We provide all the required documents within a day from the receipt of the basic information requested.
Once complete, we send your certificate to you.
We will also send you a complete set of all documents created for the submission, plus others which will be useful for managing your company health and safety. Approx. 100 to 200 pages – supplied as pdf
